In Memoriam Jean Rodriguez

It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of Mr. Jean Rodriguez. As production supervisor in our factories, we often got a firsthand look at how he carried out his work with competency and passion, especially in the area of human resources. Jean had a strong ability to inspire team spirit and a sense of initiative, as he wholeheartedly involved himself in advancing the progression of lost wax investment casting. Despite some differences of opinion and vision, which invariably occur in all companies, we always appreciated the work that Jean carried out for Alphacasting.

On behalf of the entire Alphacasting team and all those who worked in our factories with Jean, we extend our deepest condolences to the Rodriguez family.

Jean, you will forever be remembered. Rest in peace, good friend.

Death of Ted Szabo - Alphacasting loses a first-rate partner and friend

It is with profound shock and sadness that we have learned of the death of Ted Szabo, a loyal friend and partner. Mr. Szabo had the distinction of being Alphacasting’s first client. MICHEL FLORIANT 1935-2007
Alphacasting loses a loyal partner and friend

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden death of our good friend and loyal partner, Michel Floriant. As president and founder of the M.R. Ltd. tool and supply company, Mr. Floriant loyally stood by our side as we embarked on the amazing Alphacasting project, both as a partner and as a supplier of first-rate products.

Determination and a sense of entrepreneurship served Mr. Floriant well throughout his successful career, as he proved to be a role model for so many of us who knew him and worked with him.

Mr. Floriant was a great Canadian and Quebec entrepreneur, who passed on the torch of his successful company to his two sons, Bruno and Stéphane (www.somr.ca), who carry on their father's legacy. The Floriant family continues to play an integral part of Alphacasting's success.

The entire Alphacasting family, including employees and management, offer their deepest condolences to Michel Floriant's wife, children and grandchildren.
